Check-in instructions and key codes are sent via text/email from The Chandler Hotel two days prior to check-in date. Please ensure your cell phone number and email are correct at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Changes


We offer a full refund for any cancellations made 14 days or more before the date of check-in, after that we offer no refunds or reservation changes.  100% of payment is taken at time of booking.
